có nghĩa là bạn chỉ cần vào Regedit

tìm đến key này và thay đổi thiết lập quyền chỉnh sửa cho nó.

chuột phải chọn permission, chọn everyone, chọn user của bạn, chọn advance, chọn edit, tích chọn Full control.
